Cantey & Company, Inc. is a real estate firm in Columbia, South Carolina. Through its principal, William C. "Bill" Cantey, Jr., the firm is engaged in real estate consulting on an hourly fee basis, in limited brokerage for select clients, in expert witness work involving real estate litigation and in property management of residential properties in Columbia.

Bill Cantey teaches commercial/investment real estate courses for the CCIM Institute and in the South Carolina GRI program. An affiliate, Cantey Mortgage Company, Inc., buys, sells and owns existing purchase money mortgages and contracts as well as selling property that the company has acquired through foreclosure.
